Ambition Box: Mentorship

Project Description For AmbitionBox, I worked on empowering professionals to make better career decisions through authentic reviews, insights, and anonymous community conversations. While the platform already supports users in understanding workplaces, I began exploring a new direction: introducing mentorship into this ecosystem in a way that feels natural, trustworthy, and deeply human. This project focused on imagining how mentorship could emerge organically from the AmbitionBox Community (Feed) experience—without feeling forced, formal, or intimidating. My goal was to create a flow where users could discover, understand, and connect with mentorship opportunities while preserving the platform’s core principles of anonymity, safety, and genuine peer support.
